Freezing ice in an open tray limits you to a flat shelf and a precarious carry to the freezer. The YIKOUXIATIAN adds a lid to each mould, which changes what is possible: trays stack on top of each other, water does not slosh out on the way, and the freezer picks up far less of whatever you froze. The cup-shaped moulds are made from flexible food-grade silicone, so releasing the cubes is a simple push from underneath. Freeze water, juice, coffee or purees, and use the same moulds for portions of sauce and baby food.
